Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t process any requests beyond this period.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards
- Sale items (all discounted items are final sale)
- Items returned without prior approval or missing proof of purchase
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition (unless it’s our fault)
How to Request a Return
Please email us at rubysjewelryhouse@gmail.com to get a Return Reference Number (Return #) and instructions.
Do not ship your item back to us without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of the status of your refund.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- If rejected, we’ll let you know the reason.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit once your return is approved.
If it was not marked as a gift or sent by someone else, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable courier or adding shipping insurance for items over RM75, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
